Born in Chicago, shining in LA, pop artist JORDY hit the stage at NYC’s Irving Plaza,

supporting Spencer Sutherland. The singer/songwriter uses his talent in music to construct music that feels close to his heart, as well as the LGBTQ+ community.

Performing songs about his past experiences as someone looking for love, JORDY really gave a personable connection to his fans, showcasing the one-on-one connection that music brings to us.

Opening his set with, “IDK SH!T,” a track from his most recent album,BOY, JORDY’s energy was live and springing. Making his way from each end of the stage, interacting with fans and overall feeling every beat to his own music, he was a great introduction to a fun night. Continuing his set with “Friends,” “Long Distance,” and even covering “Come Clean ,” by Hilary Duff, the born-to-be-on-stage artist got the venue to fill up with echoing voices and great energy.

As if the night couldn’t have gotten any more exciting, JORDY performed his hit cover and re-write of Nine Days Absolutely (Story of a Girl).” The pop artist had re-written this song to showcase and tell a story about his personal experience as part of the LGBTQ+ community. Then, he introduced Nine Days’s vocalist, John Hampson, on stage to perform the song alongside him.

To end off a great night, JORDY wrapped up his set with two songs off his 2021 album,”Mind Games, performing  Trevor and Till It Hurts.”

JORDY is rapidly rising to the top, inspiring thousands of the young youth, and having fun doing it. He is truly made to be on that stage, and has that star-power energy we all crave from a live show. There was not one moment where the artist’s energy died down, and he kept the crowd entertained every second.
